A: No you just type in their names on the donation form.
Q: What if I rather give you a credit card over the phone or send a check for their donation?
A: No problem. You can call us at (323)899-5640. If it is after hours please leave a message at the end of the information line and your call will be returned the next business day.
Q: How will the bride and groom be notified of my donation?
A: During the check out process you will have the option to send have us send them a personalized card or e-mail notification.
Q: Are the donations tax deductible?
A: Yes The Rescue Train is a 501(c)3 charity. For your records our tax ID # is 20-1897642.
Q: How much is an average donation?
A: It varies and is a personal choice. The Rescue Train is run solely on tax deductible donations. We are so grateful for your support!
Q: Will the bride and groom be notified of how much I donated?
A: That is up to you. You have the option of us notifying them about the amount of your donation during the check out process.
Q: How will my donation be used?
A: Donations from the “Gift Of Love” program are used to help save dogs and cats from euthanasia at city and county shelters and find them loving homes. One hundred percent of the proceeds of this program go to help the animals in our care. They go towards boarding fees, vet bills, micro chips, vaccines and spay and neuter costs. The simple reality is the more funds we raise the more innocent lives we can save.
